Pro bono reporting is voluntary in Texas — but it helps the State Bar show the impact Texas lawyers have on access to justice.
Where to report
Log in to your My Bar Page and open the "My Pro Bono" page. You can record hours and contributions cumulatively through the calendar year.
Why report
Reported hours highlight the importance of pro bono in meeting the legal needs of low-income Texans.
The Pro Bono College
Attorneys who report 75 or more hours of pro bono service in a year are invited to join the State Bar's Pro Bono College, an honorary society for lawyers committed to pro bono.
